ABOJ 用户协议 / ABOJ User Agreement

一、总则

  1. 欢迎使用 ABOJ（以下简称"本站"）。本站是一个在线编程评测平台，同时提供周边商城服务。
  2. 用户注册、登录、使用本站服务即视为同意本协议全部条款。
  3. 本站有权随时修改本协议，修改后的协议一经发布即生效。

二、账户管理

  1. 用户注册时需提供真实有效的邮箱地址。
  2. 用户应妥善保管账户密码，因密码泄露导致的损失由用户自行承担。
  3. 禁止将账户借与他人使用，禁止利用本站服务进行任何违法违规活动。
  4. 本站有权对违规账户进行封禁处理。

三、商城服务

  1. 商城所售商品为 ABOJ 官方周边产品。
  2. 商品价格以页面显示为准，运费按实际收取。
  3. 用户下单后请及时完成支付，超时未支付的订单可能被取消。
  4. 支付凭证提交后，管理员将在合理时间内审核。
  5. 商品图片仅供参考，请以实物为准。
  6. 优惠券仅限本人使用，不可转让、不可兑换现金。

四、发货与收货

  1. 管理员审核通过后安排发货，具体发货时间以实际情况为准。
  2. 用户收到商品后请及时确认收货。
  3. 如商品存在质量问题，请在签收后7天内申请售后，并提供完整的开箱视频。
  4. 无开箱视频的售后申请将无法处理。

五、讨论区规范

  1. 请文明发言，尊重他人。
  2. 禁止发布违法、违规、色情、暴力、广告等内容。
  3. 禁止恶意灌水、刷屏、人身攻击。
  4. 禁止利用讨论区进行商业推广。
  5. 违规内容将被删除，严重者封禁账号。

六、评测与代码

  1. 用户提交的代码仅用于评测，本站不会泄露用户代码。
  2. 禁止提交恶意代码、死循环、攻击性程序。
  3. 禁止利用评测系统进行挖矿、DDoS等非法活动。

七、隐私保护

  1. 本站收集的邮箱地址仅用于账户相关通知，不会用于其他用途。
  2. 收货地址、联系电话仅用于商品发货，不会泄露给第三方。
  3. 本站不会主动向用户发送垃圾邮件。

八、免责声明

  1. 本站不对因不可抗力（如自然灾害、服务器故障、网络攻击等）导致的服务中断承担责任。
  2. 商城商品的售后问题由买卖双方协商解决，本站提供协调服务。
  3. 用户因使用本站服务产生的任何纠纷，应通过友好协商解决。

九、附则

  1. 本协议的解释权归 ABOJ 所有。

1. General Provisions

  1. Welcome to ABOJ ("the Site"). The Site is an online programming evaluation platform that also provides a peripheral merchandise store.
  2. By registering, logging in, or using the Site's services, you agree to all terms of this Agreement.
  3. The Site reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement takes effect upon publication.

2. Account Management

  1. Users must provide a valid email address when registering.
  2. Users are responsible for keeping their account password secure. Losses caused by password leakage are the user's own responsibility.
  3. Sharing accounts with others is prohibited. Using the Site's services for any illegal or rule-breaking activities is prohibited.
  4. The Site reserves the right to ban accounts that violate the rules.

3. Store Services

  1. Products sold in the store are official ABOJ peripheral merchandise.
  2. Product prices are as displayed on the page. Shipping fees are charged according to actual costs.
  3. Users should complete payment promptly after placing an order. Orders that remain unpaid beyond the time limit may be cancelled.
  4. After submitting payment proof, the administrator will review it within a reasonable time.
  5. Product images are for reference only. Please refer to the actual product.
  6. Coupons are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4. Shipping and Receiving

  1. The administrator will arrange shipment after approval. Specific delivery times depend on actual circumstances.
  2. Users should confirm receipt promptly after receiving the goods.
  3. If a product has quality issues, please apply for after-sales service within 7 days of receipt, and provide a complete unboxing video.
  4. After-sales requests without an unboxing video will not be processed.

5. Discussion Forum Rules

  1. Please communicate civilly and respect others.
  2. Posting illegal, rule-breaking, pornographic, violent, or advertising content is prohibited.
  3. Malicious flooding, screen-brushing, and personal attacks are prohibited.
  4. Using the discussion forum for commercial promotion is prohibited.
  5. Violating content will be removed, and serious offenders will have their accounts banned.

6. Evaluation and Code

  1. User-submitted code is used solely for evaluation. The Site will not disclose user code.
  2. Submitting malicious code, infinite loops, or attack programs is prohibited.
  3. Using the evaluation system for mining, DDoS, or other illegal activities is prohibited.

7. Privacy Protection

  1. The email address collected by the Site is used only for account-related notifications and will not be used for other purposes.
  2. Shipping addresses and phone numbers are used only for product delivery and will not be disclosed to third parties.
  3. The Site will not send spam to users.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The Site is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, server failures, network attacks, etc.).
  2. After-sales issues for store products are resolved through negotiation between buyer and seller. The Site provides coordination services.
  3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site's services should be resolved through friendly negotiation.
